Insolvency
Ormsby & Rhodes have long experience in all aspects of insolvency. This experience includes partners acting as Liquidator in Members, Creditors and High Court Liquidations as well as Receiver. We have acted in insolvency situations on behalf of major domestic and foreign creditors and also for banks and the Revenue Commissioners.
In our time we have gained experience in advising Directors on their legal responsibilities when their companies are insolvent and in assisting them in the arrangement and conduct of a creditor’s meeting.
We also assist in the organizing and implementation of Schemes of Arrangement, both formal and informal, in co-operation with Directors, Creditors, banks and revenue Authorities.
